About L Cole Roofing

Who we are

We're L Cole Roofing, a family roofing business run by Louis, a roofer with over 20 years of experience. We're based in Painters Forstal, just outside Faversham, and we work on homes across Faversham and the surrounding area.

We specialise in flat roofs, re-roofs, fascias, soffits, guttering, lead work, Kent peg tile roofing and chimney repairs. From small repairs to complete roof replacements, the aim is the same: a reliable, long-lasting job using quality materials and proven techniques.

When you call us, you speak to Louis. We look at the roof, explain what we've found and do the work ourselves. Customers often mention our before and after photos, so you can see exactly what has been done on a part of the house you can't easily check yourself.

How we work

• You deal with Louis. The person who looks at your roof is the person who quotes for it and does the work. Reviews mention clear advice and being kept updated from start to finish.

• Before and after photos. You can't see most of your roof from the ground, so we take photos before and after to show you exactly what was wrong and what has been done.

• Honest advice, fair prices. If a repair will do the job, we'll say so. Customers describe our quotes as fair, reasonable and competitive.

• Tidy from start to finish. We turn up when we say we will and clear up before we leave. Tidiness and timekeeping come up again and again in our Google reviews.

Traditional and modern roofs

Faversham has some of the oldest roofs in Kent alongside brand new ones. We restore traditional Kent peg tile roofs on period properties and fit modern flat roofing systems on extensions and garages, and the work is carried out to the same high standard on both.
